Allie Marconi is the Senior Director of Marketing at Copperstate Farms, a vertically integrated Arizona cannabis company. Named a 40 under 40 rising star by Marijuana Venture, and a top powerful woman in Arizona cannabis by the Arizona Business Magazine, Marconi has been instrumental in establishing Copperstate Farms as a pioneering leader of sungrown greenhouse cannabis. Working closely with the company’s retail, cultivation, and processing arms since joining in 2018, Marconi has helped launch several award-winning cannabis products to the Arizona market, extending the company’s consumer brand portfolio. Additionally, Marconi played a key role in developing the company’s Sol Flower dispensary brand which incorporated a public-facing cafe and wellness classroom. From concept to launch, she coordinated the marketing and communication efforts for the dispensary rollout and the establishment of Sol Flower locations in Tempe and Sun City. She has assisted with geographic expansion efforts, launching additional locations in Scottsdale and Tempe. In early 2020, Marconi was pivotal in compliantly transitioning all Sol Flower retail operations from a medical to an adult-use marijuana market. Marconi’s expertise was essential in the company’s recent rapid expansion into Tucson, expanding its retail storefront total from five to nine locations in less than two months. A recognized industry spokesperson in the Arizona business community and cannabis industry at large, Marconi has presented at MJBizCon, the Marijuana Industry Trade Association, Arizona Cannabis Chamber of Commerce, and other networking events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University.
